✨ Today we celebrate the beginning of a grand celebration: our 10th Anniversary of Spartan Financial Services. ✨

Spartan was founded with the purpose of serving a group of Hispanic insurance agents with whom we already had a strong relationship in Puerto Rico, and extending that same service to Florida. To our pleasant surprise, since our beginnings in 2016, the company has maintained continuous annual growth between 5% and 15%.

It has been a challenging endeavor, requiring much effort, dedication, and perseverance. That has been precisely the secret to our success: genuinely connecting with our insurance agents, fostering empathetic relationships, and building lasting bonds that transcend the purely commercial to become personal connections.

We also appreciate the support of key associations such as the Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies and the Florida Association of Insurance Agents, as these partnerships have allowed Spartan to significantly expand the group of agents we serve.

Today we feel incredibly fortunate to not only operate in the state of Florida, but also to be able to offer our policy financing services in the states of Georgia and Texas, thus continuing our mission to support the growth of our agents in new markets.

First and foremost, I thank God, my parents who are watching over me from heaven, my husband for his unwavering support, and our entire extraordinary team. I especially want to acknowledge the outstanding performance of our Regional Sales Manager, Glorimil Santiago, whose dedication and commitment have been fundamental to our success.
